Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that potential buyers think twice before purchasing from this seller. Rather spend a little extra money with a more reliable seller.
I purchased a product advertised to provide access for an entire year. Almost immediately, I experienced problems. NONE of the five accounts supplied worked. Every single one returned an "Incorrect account or password" error.
I contacted the seller and provided screenshots proving the issue. Instead of resolving it, the seller repeatedly insisted that the credentials were correct and blamed Microsoft´s protection against shared accounts.
Let me be absolutely clear: The error specifically states INCORRECT PASSWORD. This is not simply a temporary login restriction.
The seller even acknowledged that other customers had reported similar problems, yet continued insisting that everything was working.
Despite multiple messages, repeated screenshots, and several requests for a refund, the problem remains unresolved. I was repeatedly told to keep trying different accounts and wait until they eventually worked.
Is this seriously what customers should expect from a product advertised to last an entire year?
The seller advertises prompt support and guarantees solutions. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Responses have taken over 24 hours, and the seller continues repeating the same explanations without providing a working product or processing my requested refund.
I have now provided evidence of the same problem on multiple occasions, including fresh screenshots on 20 October.
I paid for a working product, not 12 months of troubleshooting, excuses, and repeatedly begging for assistance.
My advice to future buyers: STAY AWAY. Save yourself the frustration and rather pay a little more for a product from a seller who can actually deliver what was purchased.
Everything stated in this review is supported by my correspondence and screenshots. I have given the seller multiple opportunities to resolve the matter, but as of writing this review, I still have no working product and no refund.

I paid for a one-year subscription, but the accounts stop working every week, especially during weekends. The seller repeatedly sent replacement accounts, but they also did not work. Recently, one account worked for only one week, and now all accounts are unavailable.

I bought a 12 month account but the subscription is already finished within 5 days.
Edit: Only reason you can see positive reviews is because he holds your account hostage, if you don´t give him a positive review, he will not give you the account. He originally gave me an account and it stopped working within a week. I asked him for another one he told me to change my review to a positive review first, but regardless all his accounts are faulty and stop working within a few amount of days.

Seller provided 3 accounts, none of them are working, all have incorrect password. He provided some stupid "fixes" that have nothing to do with the issue here. He refuses to respond anymore. Money lost.
