The seller was courteous and responsive, which I appreciate. However, I would like to share my honest experience so that both the seller and future buyers can benefit from it.

1. Processing time: The listing states 15–60 minutes (maximum 12 hours). After more than 3 hours of back-and-forth communication during working hours (05:00–19:00 Moscow Time), the subscription was still not completed. The seller repeatedly asked me to wait, but no progress was made.

2. Security procedure violation: According to the item description, I was supposed to receive a 16-digit code after payment and send it to the seller for confirmation. Instead, the seller directly requested my account login and password — which is not only against the stated procedure but also a serious security risk.

3. Missed verification codes: I stayed online as required and provided the verification numbers (68, 55) multiple times. However, the seller failed to confirm them before the notifications expired on each occasion.

4. Unclear communication and language barriers: The seller switched between English and Russian within the same conversation, sometimes in the same message. Many phrases were grammatically incorrect and difficult to understand. This made the process confusing and inefficient. For example, the seller said ´wait me´ instead of ´wait for me,´ ´I will subscribe for you´ instead of ´I will subscribe to your account,´ and on the Russian side, used unclear phrasing like ´обновлю вашу учетную запись´ when they actually meant ´оформлю подписку.´ This lack of clear, professional communication significantly delayed the process.

5. Unsolicited offer of a different account: The seller later informed me that my account only had a $30 package and an annual fee, and suggested using a new account — which was not mentioned in the listing. I had to agree to this just to move forward.

6. Account registered to an organization (not personal): The new account provided by the seller turned out to be registered to an organization/legal entity, not to me personally. This means I cannot manage it — I cannot change the password, recover access, update security settings, or transfer ownership. This makes the account essentially unusable for personal use and poses a significant risk, as the seller or the organization could potentially regain access at any time. This was never disclosed in the item description.

7. Repeated questions and lack of attention: After I confirmed my agreement to use the new account at 15:42, the seller asked the same question again at 16:02 — 20 minutes later — showing that they were not reading the conversation carefully. I repeated my confirmation at 16:05, and the seller simply replied ´Wait.´ As of now, the account information has still not been properly delivered.

8. Refund policy: According to the seller´s own policy, if the seller is responsible for the failure, a full refund should be issued. No such offer was made.

In summary: The seller is polite, but the service did not match the advertised terms, the security procedure was violated, the order was not delivered within the promised time frame, the language barrier made communication unnecessarily difficult, and the account provided is registered to an organization — meaning I cannot manage or control it. I hope this feedback helps the seller improve their processes and communication clarity for future transactions."
